Well it is only 4 days until christmas and believe me Rylie is counting down the days. We have had a lot of fun since winter break began..........Last weekend we had our annual christmas gathering with "the girls" and the many many children we have produced. We had a total of 14 kids here (we had 3 extra so only 11 belonged to us). Here is a picture of 12 of the 14, the two youngest Taylor and Katelin weren't picture happy. We had so much fun and all the kids just played and played. Owen was out within 5 minutes of sitting down to watch a movie.

Katelin was in the party mode here, taking after her daddy!!!!

Here are my 3 kiddos ready for Santa, they are very good kids, we're so proud of them so definitely no coal in their stockings. Owen looks like one of Santa's elves here.
Haylie and Rylie turning into such beautiful big girls. And Rylie at her school christmas party, she is doing so well in school and she talks to all of the kids in her class. It is amazing how much she is coming out of her shell. She is still shy but is becoming more outgoing all the time.

We had a lot of fun last night........Brandin, Natalie, Haylie and Dylan came over and the kids made gingerbread houses. Then we got in our jammies, made some hot chocolate (well chocly milk for Owen) and we all watched polar express. Tomorrow the kids and I are going to make some sugar cookies.

We got Owen's old house out for Katelin and she really likes it. It won't be long until shes crawling through it. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth now so we will be in trouble very soon. She also is saying mama and i'm sure noone will believe me but she seems to say it when she sees me and not just babbling it, she is pretty darn smart.LOL. She had her first xmas cookie and really liked it and she even shared it with Daddy.
Well we want to wish everyone a very safe and merry christmas, I will definitely post more pics shortly after xmas. Also I wanted to let everyone know even though you can tell in these pics, Katelin is starting to get some hair. It is not a lot but there is some there so I had to share we are very excited.LOL!!!!!!!
We are really looking foward to xmas this year, our family is complete so we will all be together and we are finally living in the country where we have wanted to be for so long. Chet may have an oppurtunity to go to Massachusettes soon after xmas to do some storm work and make really good money. If he goes he would be gone for probably around 30 days, we would really really miss him but we just can't pass up the oppurtunity.

Happy Holidays to everyone........life has been very busy lately so I have lots of pictues to share.
We went to see Santa and Rylie told him she wanted the boy and girl bitty twin dolls w/ a twin stroller and Owen wants nerf guns and the imaginext jungle. I think Santa will come through. Katelin just kept staring up at him, it was so cute.

Here's Katelin w/ her beautiful cheesy grin.

She has also learned how to pull herself up and she loves to make a clicking noise with her tongue.

Heres my grandparents with Katelin, whenever Nanny holds her she just about breaks her neck trying to look back at her, it is so funny.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and after we left my brothers we went to Chets dads house and had 5 of our 6 kids with us. Matthew is in Kuwait but here is Jakee with Rylie and Owen and then Chet with Cheston, Katelin, Jakee, Rylie and Owen. It was a lot of fun to all be together it had been a while, hopefully Matthew will get home soon and safe.

Heres Rylie and Katelin with their matching dresses on Turkey day.

Owen had his xmas program, he was tired and really just sat through it with a dazed look on his face.

It's been snowing here today so here is Katelin during her first snow and Rylie and Owen were so excited they each had to grab a handful of it. We are very excited for the day we get a whole lot of snow and can build some snowmen.

This is also our first snow since we move to the country so here is a view of the back side of our property. It's so nice to be able to look out back and see something so pretty.

Hi, well it is November already, hard to believe. Whats even harder to believe is Katelin is 6 months old, time goes so fast. We had her 6 month check up and our little chunk is 18 lbs 10 oz. which puts her in the 90-95 percentile.

She had to get 5 shots including her flu shot and boy did she scream. Rylie and Owen also got flu shots and Owen cried for a few minutes but did real well. To those of you who know how Rylie is, i'm sure you can guess how she handled it. It took both Chet and I holding her down while she screamed "no mommy I don't want it". Then it was a half hour before she calmed down. They all survived thought. Katelin has a little bit of a virus, and it is even in her eye so she wakes up with a gunky eye every morning but she is still as happy as can be.

We bought her a jump-a-roo and she absolutely loves it, which is great for mommy cause it entertains her long enough for me to get some stuff done.

Owen got in a fight at school and earned his first black eye..........well not really but he did collide with another little boy while playing his happy feet soccer and over a week later he is still a little black under his eye.

Katelin still has this silly tongue thing she does, here she is outside on what was probably the last warm day we had for this year.

There's Katelin and her big beautiful blue eyes.......... Ihope all is well for everyone and we'll talk to you all soon.

Hi I hope everyone had a wonderful halloween, it was a beautiful night. We have had a very busy couple of weeks. Chet finally got to do his racing experience, he had a lot of fun(even though he had to drive a chevy and not a ford). The instructor riding with him made him a little nervous but he had a good time.

Here is Chet at his racing experience and the Chet and his dad.

No the kids were not dolly parton for halloween but this was too funny and i'm sure they will hate us someday for these pictures. Owen probably can't wait for Katelin to get big enough for Rylie to dress her up instead of him.

Since we live in the country we thought we should get a cow, isn't she the cutest cow you've ever seen?

I had to do a fun theme before the kids get too old and won't let me so we had our cowgirl, the sheriff and our little cow. The kids had fun, Rylie ended up going trick or treating with her friend Abby and we took Owen around my grandmas neighborhood. They didn't get a ton of candy but enough. Luckily they don't eat much candy and most of it usually ends up being thrown out anyway.

Here is Rylie at school for her fall party and Owen at preschool for his party. I bought him a spiderman costume because I knew he would like playing in it and he has basically had the thing on for 5 days straight, he has even slept in it a couple of nights.

Here are some pics of Katelin, she is just so happy and can just brighten your day with her sweet little smile. I love the tongue picture, i'm not sure why but she just started sticking her tongue out like in the picture, it just cracks us up. I can't believe she is almost 6 months old, time goes so fast. She is rolling around everywhere and sitting up pretty good. I hope she holds off on crawling until after the xmas tree is down but we will see........
