March leftovers!

A quick dinner out at a little restaurant here in Gardner!

When we thought Chet might be going out of town for a month or more we sat down and told the kids and Katelin got really really upset. Rylie was there to comfort her, luckily he ended up not going!

We went to church with our neighbor up the road one Sunday morning!

For a long time this kid refused to pee outside (we do live in the country)....then one day he finally did and now it's a very common thing!

Kinley and Evan......

the littlest of my littles (for the next 2 weeks anyway)!

I have a few hours in the afternoons when it is just me and these two, usually Kinley naps during that time but not always. This was early March and it was a nice day so we played outside for a bit and they cheesed it up for the camera....

Mom's taking a picture.....cheeeeeese!

He always wants to hug her and she is always pushing him away!

My onery adorable Evie!

He was posing for mom, he doesn't aways cooperate when I take pictures but this day he did!!!!

Oh and he wanted to wear 2 different shoes, that is his new thing. There have even been a time or two it was a sandal and a tennis shoe.....I have to pick my battles and this is not one I care to have so if he wants to wear 2 different shoes than I let him!

Love this sweet face!

Sure hope they adjust when there is a littler little than them, Evan is excited and well Kinley.....she has no idea and I don't think she is going to like it but we will see soon enough!!!

Easter craft!

One more fun thing the kids got to do while Grandma Patty was here:

Made some wooden easter eggs!

My girls are very crafty and love to do this stuff.....

Haylie loves to make goofy faces everytime I try to take her picture!

Sooo pretty!!!!

And this one always has to be doing what everyone else is doing!

So she just got a little bit of paint in the little lid. It worked out very well, kept the mess down!

Rylie's eggs!

Katelin's eggs.....

her bunny was her favorite!

Dylan and Owen's eggs!

and Haylie's eggs!

The little boys were there but they were busy busy and wanted nothing to do with painting eggs!

Playplace with Grandma Patty!

My stepmom came to town in March unfortunately to help her dad move from his home to an assistant living facility but it gave the kids some time to hangout with their grandma! So one afternoon she treated everyone to lunch and then they played and played in the playplace!

Evan and Katelin!

Do you see who's up there?

Kinley was hanging out in the bubble with Rylie and Haylie.

This girl does not realize she is still a little kid and not a big kid but overall she keeps up pretty good with the bigger kids! I can't tell you how many times she crawled up and then came down the slide, luckily......

she had these two boys helping her out!

Haylie, Rylie, and Kinbear!

These boys were such good helpers following Kinley up and then going down the slide with her.....over and over and over again!

This boy is always a little nervous at these places at first....once he went a couple of times there was no stopping him!

Then it was time to head home and Grandma sent the kids with bubbles and what kids don't love bubbles?
Obviously this girl does!!!!

Katelin loves to catch the bubbles back on the wand!

And Evan was pretty determined.....

It took him a few tries but he got the hang of it!!!

One more of Kinley just smiling away....it's the simple things that bring the most happiness!

My funny little little's!!!!

No I have not given up on my blog.....life has just been busy busy busy! Busy with what????? Well I have these 5 amazing little people who insist on eating everyday, multiple times a day. They also have lots of maintenance (showers, they want clean clothes, homework ect.), then there are the sports which entails practices and games. Currently we have soccer, baseball, t-ball, dance and gymnastics. Katelin falls into all these categories except baseball......next year she will have to learn to make some choices because she loves all of it! Then there is our tree business which is getting really busy so between me helping Chet with things and Chet being really busy and not always available to help me it's been a little crazy. Oh....there is also that whole growing a life thing that I am doing but that will all be done with in less than 3 weeks then I just have to raise that sweet little life....piece of cake!!!!

So by the time I sit down at night I am tired and have neglected my blog. But I spent the last 2 nights downloading and sorting pics and should have lots of blog post in the next week or two. Then I will be all caught up because in 18 days there will be an extra special post with an extra special announcement to share the news of my extra special baby boy whom I cannot wait to meet!!!!

So onto this post....these are from April 23 when we were waiting at the school for Katelin's teacher so she could go to school. The kids have my camera and these pictures make me smile!

Evan holding his skeleton guy!

Here's Evan with a lego guy!

My Kinbear....smiling for the camera!

Just can't get enough of that sweet smile!

I guess she wanted to take a picture of the scenery from the school parking lot!

Of course, she has to take a selfie!

And you can never take just one....I'm glad she took these, love seeing my pretty girl!

Apparently she likes taking lots of pics of her baby sis too....I don't blame her!

Cheesin' for his KK!!!!!

Close up of her pants...silly girl!

Then her teacher arrived and I walked her up and left the camera with my Ev.....really no words needed.....my boy and his goofy selfies with his dirty face (he is my little pigpen)!!!!!
