4th of July 2015

We always have a little something going on for the 4th and this year was no different......

Nothing big just a few friends over for food, fireworks and fun!

My little's always love this time of year.....

Everyone wants daddy to give them a ride.....he can't say no to his 2 littlest girls!

These moments are rare but I love seeing these two showing that they really do love one another.

And yes this picture.....Rylie and her friends Kate, Abby and Matt! This was taken shortly before they went for a ride on the 4 wheelers and our night changed tunes drastically......it could have been a tragic night for us, thank God it wasn't!

Baseball

I love baseball season.....it's summertime, school's out and it's my favorite sport to watch!

Owen had a great coach and it was the first year I really see where he got the game.

I'm so proud of him.....

he tried lots of different positions including pitcher and catcher. Mostly he played 3rd base.

Luke was all over the place......

but sometimes he would just stop and watch!

Daddy helped out in the dugouts a few times.....

Luke kept trying to get baseballs from him!

Connor was on Owen's team so the kids always had playmates!

It was a rainy season.......

which led to this beautiful rainbow after one of the games!

Katelin also played tball, it just isn't her favorite thing but she stuck it out and did great!

Rylie's 13th Birthday!

Yeap...on June 19 2015 I officially became the mother of a teenager! We had a pretty low key celebration for her this year due to the fact we dished out a decent amount of money to send her to Florida with her bff in July.

Her daddy brought her home 13 roses....12 red and the 13th pink for her 13 years!

Then we headed to Zio's for her birthday dinner..... 

Abby joined us for what was a very peaceful dinner......

  I say peaceful because this is what Kinley did for the entire dinner.....slept on her daddy!

 Then back home for cake and.....

gifts!

In addition to her trip to Florida she got a makeup table and straightener and gift cards from grandma and grandpa. We ended up having a girls night out to go shopping! 

Rylie loves elephants so Katelin picked her out some elephant bracelets. 

Then Evan came running in with something wrapped in a blanket.....it was his gift for Ry. One of his toys which he later asked that she return but it's the thought that counts and he most certainly made her smile which is the best gift of all!

 Hard to believe she is 13 and growing up so fast. I love this girl so much.....and am so proud of her and the young lady she is becoming!
